Privacy at Everyday

Privacy,
made clear.

This Privacy Policy explains how Everyday Custom Apparel ("Everyday," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses and otherwise handles personal information in connection with our website, inquiries, advertising, quotes, orders and fulfillment services.

Last updated October 28, 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal information we handle through this website, website inquiry forms, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms, sales conversations, quotes, customer orders, managed merchandise programs and related fulfillment activities. It does not replace the privacy notices of third-party platforms or services that operate under their own terms and policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you or your organization provides

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Names, business email addresses, phone numbers and other contact details.
  • Company names, job titles, company sizes and other business-profile information.
  • Inquiry details, project requirements, communications and meeting information.
  • Quote, order and fulfillment information, including product selections, artwork or design files, quantities, sizes, shipping destinations and delivery instructions.
  • Billing, transaction and order-status information made available to us by commerce, payment or fulfillment providers.

Payment card information used during an InkSoft checkout may be processed by InkSoft or its payment providers. The information those providers collect and retain is governed by their own services and privacy practices. We may receive limited transaction and order records needed to service an order, but this policy does not represent that Everyday directly stores full payment-card details.

Information collected from LinkedIn

If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn may provide us with the fields shown on that form, which may include your name, business email, phone number, company name, job title and company size. LinkedIn also handles information under its own privacy policy and account settings.

Information collected automatically

Our website and enabled service providers may automatically collect information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, interactions with the website, cookie or advertising identifiers and campaign-attribution information. The exact information depends on the technology, provider and settings active at the time of a visit.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, schedule conversations and provide product or program recommendations.
  • Prepare quotes, process and support orders, coordinate production, perform quality control and arrange fulfillment or shipping.
  • Operate and improve the website, online designer, customer experience and business services.
  • Measure website usage, campaign performance and lead activity.
  • Send relevant business communications or marketing where permitted, and honor applicable opt-out requests.
  • Detect, investigate or prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents and technical problems.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements and protect our rights or those of others.

4. Analytics and advertising

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to help measure visits and interactions. Google Tag Manager is used to deploy or manage website tags; Tag Manager itself is a container, and the tags configured within it may change over time. These services may process device, browser, usage, referral and identifier information according to their configurations and Google's policies.

We may also use Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising tools when campaigns or related tags are enabled. Those tools may help measure conversions, attribute leads, build or exclude audiences, and deliver or evaluate advertising. This policy does not state that every available advertising feature or tag is active at all times.

Information disclosed to analytics or advertising providers may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or use for targeted advertising under some privacy laws, depending on the jurisdiction, technology and configuration involved.

5. Cookies and your choices

We and enabled third-party services may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to operate features, remember settings, understand website use and support advertising measurement. The website does not promise that all tracking can be controlled through a single site-level preference tool.

You can use browser controls to block or delete cookies, and you may also have choices through Google, LinkedIn and other provider settings. Blocking technologies may affect website or embedded-service functionality. Where applicable law requires a particular consent or opt-out method, we will address verified requests as described below.

6. How information is shared

We may disclose personal information:

  • To service providers supporting website hosting, communications, customer management, analytics, advertising, production, payment processing, order management, shipping and fulfillment.
  • To InkSoft in connection with product selection, online design, checkout and order services.
  • To Calendly when you choose to schedule a meeting.
  • To Google, LinkedIn and other analytics or advertising providers when their technologies are enabled.
  • To vendors, decorators, carriers or other operational partners as reasonably needed to quote, produce, fulfill or deliver an order.
  • When required by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, users or the public.
  • In connection with a proposed or completed financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate legal requirements.

Third parties may handle information under their own contracts, instructions and privacy practices.

7. Retention and protection

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, servicing customer relationships, completing orders, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements and meeting legal, tax or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, relationship, provider settings and applicable requirements.

We seek to use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and subject to legal limitations or exceptions, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have rights to object to or restrict certain processing, opt out of targeted advertising or certain forms of sale or sharing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.

To exercise a right, contact us using the email in Section 12 and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and identity verification. We will respond as required by applicable law; rights and response procedures vary by jurisdiction.

You may opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link when one is provided or by contacting us. Transactional or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to manage an inquiry, order or business relationship.

9. Children's privacy

Our business services are directed to organizations and adults, not children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.

10. Third-party services and links

The website includes or links to services operated by third parties, including InkSoft and Calendly. Those services may collect information directly from you and operate under their own privacy policies, terms, security practices and settings. Everyday does not control every aspect of those third-party services.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, providers or legal obligations. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated through additional methods when required by applicable law.

12. Contact us
